Who we are
A young, forward-thinking IT team based in Richland, Washington. We’re here to change what businesses expect from their IT provider.
Built different from the start
Digital Realm IT Solutions started in 2019 as P2PCOMM, providing IT services to small businesses in the Tri-Cities. As the business grew and our vision sharpened, we recognized that the name and the mission needed to match. In 2024, we rebranded to Digital Realm IT Solutions to reflect what we had become: an extended technology partner focused on helping businesses use technology as a real driver of growth, not just a cost to manage.
That rebrand wasn’t just a name change. It was a commitment to a different standard of IT. We saw an industry full of providers selling the same reactive, break-fix support packages and calling it “managed IT.” We knew businesses deserved more. They deserved a partner who measures success by business outcomes, not ticket counts. Who builds technology strategies around ROI, not just uptime. Who treats every client’s infrastructure like it’s their own.
Today, we serve businesses across Washington State and Eastern Oregon from our office in Richland. We’re a team of young IT professionals who bring fresh energy, modern tools, and a genuine commitment to every client we work with.
Dominic Parke
Founder & vCIO
Dominic Parke has spent over a decade in hands-on IT, working his way from network technician to managing IT for firms in accounting, logistics, and other industries to leading a team of systems administrators at a managed services provider. Along the way, he earned certifications across security, networking, cloud, and IT operations, including CompTIA Security+ and ITIL, and completed his bachelor’s degree at Western Governors University. In every role he saw the same pattern: clients treated like ticket numbers, and good technicians too buried in quotas to solve the problems that actually mattered. He started P2PCOMM in 2019 as a side venture to do IT the right way, and when the demand proved the model worked, he went all in. In 2024 he rebranded to Digital Realm IT Solutions, built a team, and committed fully to a different standard of managed IT. His approach comes down to three words: foresight over firefighting.
